As someone who imagines what the stressful parts of his life would look like in a movie (Requiem for a Dream is always playing in the background) I approve of this comic. As a first time commenter but long time reader I would like to say keep up the good work Luke.
Can I just mention now (because I don’t know when else I’m going to get round to mentioning it) how disappointed I am that the name of this site is not short for Luke’s URL.com - that was the awesomest web address ever ’til I found out your surname.
That is also what I thought when I first visited the site. I’m glad someone else thought the same thing, and already wrote about it so I don’t have to. Though I am now, anyway.

Why does the alt-text end in a square?
How odd. Doesn’t in Firefox. I’ll look into it
There’s an extra character in the alt text at the end of the alt text…
Firefox and Opera don’t attempt to render the character, but IE does render it.
But it’s the HTML’s fault for having the extra stray character at the end rather than IE’s fault.
Does it work now? I can’t see it in my IE8
It’s still there…
See: http://sphere.sf.net/flik/images/lukesurl-html-source.png
It’s clearly visible in notepad still, it’s the character between the ‘anyway’ and the ‘.’
Right, messed with it a bit now, if that doesn’t work then mneh
It’s fixed now
Keep up the good work - in terms of comics and mysterious square blocks…

Could I say it’s both LukeSurl.com and Luke’s URL.com at the same time?
Yes

I just realised the title, is it a reference to the hot chip song?
