As I might have mentioned before, these comics were done in a 24-hour comics event. So by the time a got to ‘Y’ I hadn’t slept for a long time. It may explain why I went for a fairly obscure locksmith rather than the far better known University…
Well, I didn’t go to that University, but everyone at my high school (and everyone I knew at every other high school) had a Yale lock for their lockers. (Two actually, because you needed an extra one for gym class.)

My front door key is a Yale key. In fact, I’ve never had a front door key that wasn’t. I didn’t think anyone else did front door keys.
I would have thought of the lock way before the university, maybe it goes with being english?
