You mean ‘neighbor’? Actually, it was a deliberate choice there to use US-english. Were the 3rd line of that box to be one character longer it wouldn’t look as nice I think.

So when you said Torah-based, you really meant it?
but the Torah says רעך (which could be translated to neighbor, fried, close friend, one of your people, and some others), not שכנך (neighbor).
