Wait, it’s racist just because the serial killer happens to be black? Come now. It could just as easily have been a white person, or a hispanic person, or asian, or anything really.
I’ve never seen the mocie Soylent Green is from, but I do know that it’s a bit pointless now. I heard the entire movie hinges on the twist at the end, which the trailer revealed right away.
A frequent reader of Luke Surl would never seriously (I think you are serious, I might be wrong) call this comic racist. Luke uses characters of all races all the time. Over-PC-ness leading to not portraying minorities in any negative way is racist, the comic is not.
Actually there’s a subtle anti-Belgian overtones to everything I do. 😀
I’m pretty sure “Paul” is a friend of mine trying to pull my leg.
In actuality, I always choose the colour of my characters literally for colour, usually to contrast the background. In the image above having the left-hand chef as white would make the overall image too bright and I don’t think it would have been as good asthetically.
I LOVE the mouseover text!!
you know this is racist right.
your mom is racist
It’s racist? Really?

Anti-Belgian? How so? I thought “Ceci n’est pas une pipe” showed great respect for Magritte…
