Terrorism kills no-one. Well, ok, it kills a few people. But more people die of clumsiness, stupid mistakes of others, or for no known reason at all, than because of terrorism - or any form of “insecure” activity for that matter.

Being tied up and tossed in a locked vault poured full of cement qualifies as being secure but I doubt anyone would claim it’s safe.
