Hey,

Yep, it’s my birthday today! I reach the giddying heights of 22 years of age, huzzah! My presents include plays, cooking appliances and DVD box sets of The Wire. Plus a couple of other more digital gifts (I don’t think either were actually aware of my date of birth but mneh):

• This comic made headline news at Webcomics TV - which is a rather groovy webcomic about webcomics, check it out
• My sonerous voice can be heard asking a question on last week’s Answer Me This Podcast (about 12 minutes in). Shortly afterwards the podcast was nomiated for a Sony Award. Coincidence? I think not.

So, as I believe my birthday should be a holiday in most major religions, why not celebrate by forwarding your favourite comic to a friend? Adding one to your blog or digg or reddit or whatever the kids are using these days? (I don’t know, I’m now old and out of touch with the youth) Or painting a 60ft replica on the roof of your parents’ house?

Maybe by offering me a job for next year [online CV] … (with the economy the way it is, it was worth a shot)
