Well, three of them are friendly, chatty, and unreserved. Pun on the meaning of the word ‘reserved’.
Could also be a reference to the phrase ‘table talk’.
Oh. The table looks shy or trying to hide, not reserved, so I thought it just didn’t talk to the others because it was waiting for its tablefriend.

Oh Gods it took me two days and that was all I could come up with.
Tectonic Plates are what move under our feet. Teutonic refers to things like Teutonic knights, a subgroup of germanic peoples.
It’s a pun. There are plates at restaurants, thus at German restaurants there will be Teutonic plates, which sounds like Tectonic and thus causes earthquakes.
