Blog: The Missing Link

Hey all,
So I was thinking, I should be linking to other webcomics more - maybe try and do a link with each comic update. Now I could link to things I read such as Buttersafe, or Hark! A Vagrant, but you’ve probably already heard of those and decided whether they’re your cup of tea or no.
So, I was hoping you guys could help me find some great comics people are less likely to have already heard of. If you think you know of one (you can include ones you create yourself too!) leave a comment. I’ll read through and will try and link to some of my faves in future posts.
Peace,
L
P.S. In the middle of some minor page design changes at the moment, let me know if you have opinions.

Two comics I really enjoy that are relatively new but are well done are:
Pea Green Coffee Cup - http://www.peagreencoffeecup.com
2816 Monument Ave - http://www.2816monument.com
and one of my absolute favorites that’s been around a while:
Edmund Finney’s Quest To Find the Meaning of Life. http://www.eqcomics.com/
Luffinpuff and Eric is a recent favourite.

Brilliant and minimalist:

Business Guys On Business Trips (link currently not working)
Defunct but the archives are solid gold:

EXO and 2816 are both recommended already, so I’ll throw in that Yirmumah (http://yirmumah.keenspot.com/) is going to be making new strips again!
I’ve mentioned http://en.juanelo.net here before, I think… Sadly, it’s on hiatus for a couple of months (while the artist backpacks around South Asia!) but it’ll be back around April / Mayish.

These are some new ones I discovered not too long ago:
- Manly guys doing manly things.
- Cat versus Human

Dailies not withstanding, I am a huge fan of the story-telling genre. So my top picks, in no particular order, are as follows:
1) Lovecraft is Missing.
2) Gunnerkrigg Court
3) Freakangels.
4) Kid Radd
5) Tozo: the public servant
I would definitely recommend Sandra and Woo.

(I’m too lazy to think of more though).
I put up a list of webcomics I like on my website. The list is a little out-of-date right now, but most of what I read is on there.
