When they say ‘up to’ 20 meg, they mean that you’ll get 4 meg, on average.
I live in one of the below average areas. because our local train company won’t let anyone dig up the road to place new cables, I have only one option of broadband provider.
Sprint gives me a connection to a 3Mbs network. My specific connection is 115Kbs. Every once in a while, they slip up and I actually get a 3G connection…
