The RSS mouse over text is not working :'(

The previous way of displaying the alternate text below the image in RSS feeds was nicer. Bring it back, please!
I’ve always wondered why it was called “mean”.
Average. It’s the average of GMT, GMT-1, GMT+1, GMT-2, GMT+2, etc.
Redundant? Maybe. Standard? Yes.
Maybe we should ostracize it.
